Angela Griffin, Founder | Next Chapter Workforce

Angela is a workforce development professional, trainer, and community advocate dedicated to helping individuals build the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to secure meaningful employment and long-term economic stability.

With over 2 decades of experience working on the front lines and in leadership positions in social services in San Francisco. Angela has supported hundreds of individuals navigating barriers related to homelessness, substance use recovery, and community reentry. Her work has focused on helping people connect with opportunities through job-readiness training, career coaching, and personal empowerment.

Angela has held leadership and service roles within several respected Bay Area organizations, where she facilitated job readiness classes, coached participants through the employment process, and helped individuals develop the professional and life skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Her approach combines practical job-search strategies with a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective that recognizes the dignity, resilience, and potential within every individual.

Through Next Chapter Workforce, Angela delivers workshops, training programs, and workforce development services designed to prepare individuals for the next chapter of their lives. Her work focuses on building confidence, teaching practical employment skills, and helping participants recognize their own value and potential in the workplace.
